What are the four levels of organization that a clinic can attain? These types describe how a private practice progresses in its organizational maturity. The types are as follows:
- Roles are established and documented
- Roles follow a daily, weekly, monthly task checklist
- Each role receives key performance metrics (KPIs)
- Each role can interpret their metrics for proactive decision making
Why is this important? If you onboard a new employee, having documented roles with specific tasks and metrics are vital to improve the chances of success.
