What are the four levels of organization that a clinic can attain? These types describe how a private practice progresses in its organizational maturity. The types are as follows:

  1. Roles are established and documented
  2. Roles follow a daily, weekly, monthly task checklist
  3. Each role receives key performance metrics (KPIs)
  4. Each role can interpret their metrics for proactive decision making

Why is this important? If you onboard a new employee, having documented roles with specific tasks and metrics are vital to improve the chances of success.

In this video, Sanjeev Bhatia, CEO and co-founder of Clinic Space, returns as guest host to interview Charlotte Anderson. Charlotte is a physiotherapist and owner of Alpha Health Services, a multi-disciplinary rehab clinic she started over 4 years ago. Sanjeev puts Charlotte in the hot seat on how she implements strategies at each organizational level for her clinic. The full podcast interview can be listened to here.
